My name is Gabrielle, and I have accumulated over 9 years of experience in the customer service field, starting my journey at Starbucks. It's where I finely honed my skills, with each customer interaction becoming a genuine passion for me. After Starbucks, I was drawn to a quaint local café. Seeing its owner thrive rekindled my entrepreneurial ambitions.
Since my early years, Environmental Studies have captivated my interest. With my transition to a vegan lifestyle and a year living in a van, my commitment to sustainability has gained new momentum.
Cass gets its name from our beloved 1990 Dodge van, affectionately nicknamed "Cass." This vehicle, despite its quirks and challenges, was much more than just a means of transportation for us. It became our first mobile home, housing countless memories. It's this deep love and history that infuse the atmosphere of our café, creating a warm and welcoming space for everyone.
